Second bedroom: Triple bunk with double lower and single upper.  Black out blinds. 

 

Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, heated towel rail.

 

Lounge/kitchen/dinner: Open plan with Sea views.  Double glass doors from the sitting area lead onto the glass balcony. Recliner leather armchair, 2 further armchairs and sofa.   

 

Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer etc.

 

Lounge also features a log burner, "Smart wall mounted TV" and a book case with maps, games and books.

This is a First floor apartment accessed via external stairs.

 

Private parking for 1 car, via the lane (wide enough for a BT size van) by the house.  There is further free parking by the sea wall, a few meters from the garden gate entrance.
